Last updated: March 2025. By using StreetValue (mystreetvalue.ca) and accessing MLS® listing data, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Broker–Consumer Relationship

You acknowledge entering a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Bryon Bertrim, REALTOR®, OREB Member, when you register and access sold listing data through StreetValue. This relationship is established solely for the purpose of providing you with MLS® data under the CREA Virtual Office Website (VOW) program.

2. Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only

All MLS® data accessed through StreetValue is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use this data for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to: resale, redistribution, marketing, analytics, or any business activity.

3. Bona Fide Interest

You confirm that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate. You are accessing this data as a consumer seeking information about property values and market conditions for your own use.

4. No Copying, Redistribution, or Retransmission

You will not copy, redistribute, scrape, or use any automated system (including AI) to collect or manipulate this listing data. You will not display, sell, sublicense, or transmit any listing information to any third party.

5. MLS® Ownership and Copyright

You acknowledge that PropTx Innovations Inc. owns the MLS® Database and all listing information contained within. The data is provided under licence from the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) and is subject to applicable copyright and licensing terms.

6. Audit and Compliance

You authorize PropTx and OREB to audit your access records. Your registration information may be shared with PropTx and OREB for auditing and legal compliance purposes as required under the VOW agreement.

7. No Financial Obligation

These Terms of Use do not impose any financial obligation on you and do not create a representation agreement. Registering for StreetValue does not obligate you to use any brokerage services.

8. Data Reliability

MLS® data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed accurate. StreetValue estimates are derived from MLS® data and are provided for informational purposes only. You should verify any information before making decisions.
