MLS® Virtual Office Website (VOW) Terms of Use

1. Broker-Consumer Relationship

By using this service, you acknowledge that you have established a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Bryon Bertrim, REALTOR®. This relationship is required under CREA and OREB rules before any consumer may access MLS® sold data through a VOW.

2. Permitted Use

All MLS® data displayed through StreetValue is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may use this information solely in connection with a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate in the service area.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, redistribute, or retransmit any MLS® data or listing information
• Use the data for any commercial purpose
• Screen scrape, database scrape, or otherwise collect or store listing information
• Publish or disseminate listing information to other individuals or entities
• Use the data in any way that violates CREA, OREB, or PropTx rules

4. MLS® Ownership and Copyright

You acknowledge that the MLS® database and all listing information are owned by the applicable real estate board(s) and CREA. MLS® is a registered trademark of The Canadian Real Estate Association. All rights reserved.

5. Data Accuracy

MLS® listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed accurate. StreetValue, PropTx, OREB, and CREA assume no responsibility for the accuracy of the data. You use this information at your own risk.

6. Compliance Verification

You authorize the MLS®, its participants, and CREA to access the StreetValue VOW for the purpose of verifying compliance with VOW rules and policies.

7. No Financial Obligation

These Terms of Use do not impose any financial obligation on you nor do they create a representation agreement, buyer representation agreement, or listing agreement. Your use of StreetValue does not obligate you to work with Bryon Bertrim, REALTOR® for any real estate transaction.

8. Data Source

Data is sourced from the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) via PropTx. StreetValue is licensed under the CREA MLS® VOW Program as an OREB Member Service.
